Nexus has successfully administered OAS CAHPS surveys nationwide, providing Telephone Only and Web with Telephone Follow-Up survey administration for ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs). Since entering the OAS CAHPS market, Nexus has become one of the nation’s largest providers of Telephone-Only and Telephone Follow-Up survey administration services. The recent CMS approval of Mail Only and Web with Mail Follow-Up expands Nexus’ capabilities, making it one of the few approved vendors able to offer all four OAS CAHPS survey administration modes.
The addition of Mail Only and Web with Mail Follow Up survey modes marks a significant expansion of Nexus’s OAS CAHPS program. Combined with its existing Telephone Only and Web with Telephone Follow Up offerings, Nexus now provides healthcare organizations with more options to align survey administration strategies with the needs of their patient populations.
